Common Core Assessment Pack - Math Grade 5 has just been updated!

Each standard now includes 3 assessments!

The assessments are aligned to the 5th Grade Mathematics Common Core State Standards. The assessment pack includes three 1-page assessments for each standard providing you with an accurate picture of student growth. They are perfect for pre and post-assessment. The third assessment can be used as a checkpoint between pre and post-assessments or to meet the independent needs of your students.

There are a total of 81 assessments and each and every assessment includes an answer key.

Keep track of each student’s progress with a checklist. The checklist aligns to each assessment.

Students may need additional workspace when completing assessments. The appendix includes 3 options for additional workspace.
